My husband, Brian, and I have been dealing with Mr. Doug Rue for the last few months concerning the sale of Brian’s farmland. Mr. Rue first contacted Brian to ask if Brian would be interested in an “Option to Purchase”. Brian told Mr. Rue that he would be, and proceedings were set in motion.
